Terry Wilson joins the firm as a Commercial Broker with a diverse professional background spanning both public and private sectors. Previously a business owner, a Vice President at a publicly traded company, and a state government employee, Wilson offers a multifaceted perspective that assists clients in navigating complex regulatory environments and corporate objectives. His expertise covers office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties throughout the Puget Sound region.
Spencer Ingrim, also joining as a Commercial Broker, specializes in the retail market with a focus on institutional-grade operations. Prior to his work in the Pacific Northwest, Ingrim managed a 2.8 million square foot retail portfolio in California. He has worked closely with Terry Wilson through tenures at Kidder Mathews and Coldwell Banker, developing a specialized focus on real estate development, redevelopment, and project management.
