Rooted in Thurston County since 2005, Greene Commercial is a boutique real estate brokerage dedicated to service as unique as the Northwest. Founded by Jim Greene on a culture of support and integrity, our firm is defined by a team of highly vetted advisors and relentless client advocates. We do more than close transactions; we partner with local small businesses and engage deeply in our community to foster lasting prosperity for the region we call home.

Who We are…

We are educated advisors whose intentions are to establish you within a tailored community that complements your needs. Our professional experiences and networks make us someone whom you can put your faith in. Our agents frequently take NWMLS classes, attend internal round tables & office meetings, not to mention seeking out their own education online via other sources, to sharpen their skills continuously.

We are prosperity concierges whose intentions are to bring boutique, personalized real estate experience to everyone while actively investing in the communities in which we are living and conducting business. On average, we donate 10k a year to local charities and non-profits via the Greene Giving Fund, with an 82% office participation rate. The vast majority of our agents and staff serve on local boards & volunteer with local organizations, practicing an appreciation for and willingness to serve others.
